The purification process for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can be performed using additional short plastic adherence incubation step (16-20h). This process leads in 24h to a predictable GMP-compliant cell-product. This product is more homogenous than the SVF.

Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were incubated with osteogenic differentiation medium. RNA and DNA were extracted on days 0, 7, 14 and 21 days of differentiation period. The expression and promoter methylation of DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 genes were analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction and methylation-specific quantitative PCR, respectively

In this study, we demonstrate a multi-step differential differentiation of iPS cells into EPCs and VSMCs, unlike previous studies in which iPS cells have been induced to differentiate into ECs. Concomitantly, during the differentiation protocol, Myc and Klf4 oncogene expressions were also analyzed from a translational perspective.
